Get your new Cycle to Work scheme set up with a scheme limit that suits you, it’s free! Your employees choose their perfect bike and accessory package from our online shop. Any of our E-Bikes are available on the scheme to choose from.

Step 3

Once approved, your employee will be contacted to arrange delivery of their goods, and Cycle to Work will then invoice in arrears for the goods. At the end of the salary sacrifice period they will manage the end of scheme process of ownership to your employee, ensuring complete compliance with HMRC guidelines

A Salary Sacrifice Agreements is drawn up by Cycle to Work for both you and the employee to approve. Your scheme admin will receive an email notification where they can log into the scheme order dashboard and approve any orders with a simple one-click process, minimising your scheme management.
